Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes, you will receive an email follow-up string from Shopify with the shipping/tracking information.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 1 business day of receipt.

When will I receive my Sideklick™ ?

Typically orders are received within 2-6 business days depending on the shipping location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can change/cancel an order that has not yet shipped, but after it has shipped it will need to be done as a return, refund, or replacement.
